Anybody in your company can now take a picture of a receipt and allocate the purchase amount to a project and cost codes. As soon as a purchase is submitted, it can be accessed on your computer for editing and approving. No more lost receipts and contrived details.

Each purchase’s receipt can be viewed while you are reviewing the details. As an Approver, you can correct any detail you wish. For example, you may wish to reallocate costs to different cost codes to balance your budget. As soon as you approve a purchase, it is available for your accountant to view and export, or import directly to QuickBooks.

Reminders can be sent to Field Employees to submit purchases at any time or, to set a standard operating procedure, you can select a day of the week for ProjectPro to send automatic reminders.
